text-align: left;"&gt;Why didn't I do this sooner? &amp;nbsp;﻿ I've been scrambling up a dozen extra eggs when I make a Sunday breakfast, and then roll them into flour tortillas to make burritos. &amp;nbsp;I add whatever meat I might have leftover from breakfast - sometimes sausage, sometimes bacon, sometimes just cheese. &amp;nbsp;I wrap them all up individually and freeze them. &amp;nbsp;Just microwave for 60-90 seconds and voila! &amp;nbsp;They are just enough to take the edge off before heading off to work. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; flavoring (see below)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 C. maple syrup&lt;br /&gt;3 T. flavorless oil&lt;br /&gt;1 T. water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat to 275. &amp;nbsp;Spray 9 x 13 metal pan &amp;amp; Sprinkle chopped nuts on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan&lt;br /&gt;*2. Dip each roll in melted butter, then roll in sugar&lt;br /&gt;3. Place rolls evenly spaced in the pan&lt;br /&gt;4. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding powder over the top&lt;br /&gt;5. Mix remaining butter and sugar together, and pour over the top&lt;br /&gt;6. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes on ungreased sheet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let stand a few seconds and remove to cooling rack. I make this often in the winter months - it's easier and quicker than it sounds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filling:&lt;br /&gt;1/3 C. butter or marg.&lt;br /&gt;1/3 C. flour&lt;br /&gt;1 T. onion flakes&lt;br /&gt;1 T. chicken soup base&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp. pepper&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;1-3/4 C. water&lt;br /&gt;2/3 C. milk&lt;br /&gt;2 C. leftover turkey/chicken, diced&lt;br /&gt;1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas &amp;amp; carrots (or whatever vegetables you like)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat butter over low heat until melted.&amp;nbsp; Stir in flour, onion flakes, soup base, salt &amp;amp; pepper until smooth.&amp;nbsp; Add water &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; milk, stirring constantly.&amp;nbsp; Heat to boiling and boil for 1 minute while stirring.&amp;nbsp; Stir in turkey/chicken and vegetables; set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Use pre-made/store bought pie crust, or make this:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Celery Pastry&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2/3 C. margarine/shortening (softened)&lt;br /&gt;2 C. flour&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp. celery salt&lt;br /&gt;4 T. cold water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut shortening into flour and celery salt until crumbly.&amp;nbsp; Add water a little at a time, tossing with fork until moistened.&amp;nbsp; Gather pastry into a ball.&amp;nbsp; Roll out 2/3 of dough to fill pie plate.&amp;nbsp; Line plate with pastry &amp;amp; pour in filling.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients, so that the kernels are coated nicely with the oil and salt.&lt;br /&gt;Pour the kernels into the bottom of the lunch bag.&lt;br /&gt;Make two 1/2 inch folds from the top of the bag creating a seal.&lt;br /&gt;Using Two Staples (no more, no less!) staple the bag shut (optional)&lt;br /&gt;Lay the bag on its side - allowing the kernels to spread out in a single layer.&lt;br /&gt;Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;When the kernels are popping only more than every 3 seconds - it is done. In large mixing bowl, cream butter, shortening and brown sugar until light and fluffy.&amp;nbsp; Beat in eggs; gradually add water and vanilla.&amp;nbsp; Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture and mix well.&amp;nbsp; Fold in coconut.&amp;nbsp; Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Shape into 1-in. balls.&amp;nbsp; Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets; In the past year or so, I finally got smart and to save precious time, I&amp;nbsp;now make one pie using store-bought pie crust&amp;nbsp;shells that come two to a package.&amp;nbsp; (However, homemade crust is still the best!)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will need approximately:&lt;br /&gt;1# Round steak (venison or beef),&amp;nbsp;3-4 potatoes, 1 med. onion, salt &amp;amp; pepper, butter,&amp;nbsp;2 pie crusts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place the following in separate bowls:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Round steak, cut into small bite-sized pieces&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Potatoes, also cut into small bite sized pieces&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Onions, chopped&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Preheat oven to 350.&amp;nbsp; Spray pie plate with non-stick coating (I use a 2" deep&amp;nbsp;pie plate.)&amp;nbsp; Place pie crust in bottom of plate, and layer potatoes, salt &amp;amp; pepper, onions, meat, salt &amp;amp; pepper and a few pats of butter on top.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Add the top crust, seal the edges and cut slits in the&amp;nbsp;top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours.&amp;nbsp;
